Personalized Products

Please note that all of our products are individually personalized and custom-made specifically for each customer. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed.

As these items are manufactured according to your personal specifications, they cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at team@furrypixels.com.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and its packaging

We will review your request as quickly as possible and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the products you have ordered are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds.
